Ship repair company "Tekhflot" ltd was organized in 2003 on the base of other ship repair enterprises such as "Tekhprom", "Tekhmashprom" and "Flotservice" to lift up ship repair and shipbuilding service to higher level in the South of Ukraine.
The company is the Ukrainian leader in ship repair & shipbuilding business according to the State Committee of Statistics and National Business Rating in 2009.

• ship repair - almost all types of repairs, including placing a vessel in a dock;
• ship conversion & reequipment
• shipbuilding - building of vessels up to 100 meters ;
